Refund Policy

The Solution Dress Refund Policy applies to orders placed on www.solutiondress.com only.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours for a complete refund. 

After 24 hours, your order may have shipped, at which point it is beyond our control to make any changes. In this case, you can still return the product for a refund in accordance with our 30 day return policy.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Return Requests Procedures

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Follow the instructions below for the maximum refund possible

Items shipped before receiving a return authorization via email or phone cannot be refunded and will not be returned to you. 

Please email us at info@solutiondress.com with “Return Request” in the subject line and the below information in the body of your email. 

  • Full Name listed on the order
  • Phone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

We will contact you within 3-5 business days of receipt to confirm the eligibility of your return.

Defective Products and Incorrect Shipments

Any product that is defective or not the product you ordered can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, even in the case of shipping a defective or incorrect product.

All Other Returns

If you are not happy with your Solution Dress purchase, you have 30 days to return the unused product in the original packaging for a refund. Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Ineligible Returns

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for a return or refund. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Some goods are exempt from being returned, including sale items and gift cards.

REFUND POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a complete refund (100%).

Any product that is defective or not the product you ordered can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (100%). 

Unused products in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (100%). 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after two weeks, first check your account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. They may require additional processing time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at info@solutiondess.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, initiate the Return Request, as indicated above in the 30 Day Return Policy.

Gifts (if applicable) 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return, in accordance with the 30 Day Return Policy. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we are only able to refund the gift giver.
